We will accept returns on any item that was received damaged or otherwise unacceptable, provided that you contact us for a Return Authorization number within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items properly returned after 7 days will be issued a credit slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless damage occurred in transit.
